Leeds United striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has put himself in the spotlight with a remarkable goal-scoring streak, netting in each of his last four Premier League appearances.

The 28-year-old's recent form has been nothing short of sensational, making him one of the most lethal forwards in Europe’s top five leagues right now.

Calvert-Lewin's current purple patch began on Saturday 29th November, scoring Leeds' first goal in the 3-2 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Since then, the forward has found the back of the net against Chelsea, Liverpool, and Brentford, taking his tally to four consecutive Premier League goals.

Calvert-Lewin's run matches that of Manchester City’s Phil Foden, with both players holding the joint-longest current scoring streak across Europe's top five leagues.

With the media speculating about an England call-up ahead of next summer's World Cup, Calvert-Lewin’s current scoring rate of 0.53 goals per 90 minutes represents the most prolific period of his career.

Should Calvert-Lewin score against Crystal Palace in Leeds' upcoming fixture, he will also become the first Leeds player since club legend Mark Viduka in 2003 to score five consecutive Premier League goals.
