Torino FC's son prepares for a new experience
Cameroonian Franco Tongya Heubang is preparing for a trial with a new Italian club!
Exclusive press reports have revealed that the 23-year-old Cameroonian striker is close to embarking on a new adventure following his current team's relegation to the Italian third division. He is clearly looking for a new experience with greater ambitions that match his exceptional abilities.
After Salernitana's relegation to Serie B, it will be difficult for the club to retain many of its good players, including the distinguished Cameroonian who has performed well in Italy with all the teams he has played for.
Torino's youth product, Amir Ibi, is reportedly on the verge of a move to Cesena, with negotiations having advanced significantly and a deal now close to completion. According to our sources, an agreement has been reached with the 23-year-old forward himself. The final hurdle remains convincing his parent club, Salernitana, who are currently reluctant to sell.
Having developed in the Juventus academy and spent time with Olympique Marseille, Ibi was notably left out of Salernitana's squad for their latest Coppa Italia match—a strong indication that his departure is considered inevitable. Valued at approximately one million euros, the striker is widely expected to embark on a new challenge in the very near future.
