The semi-final between Nigeria and Morocco maintained its intensity after the break, but the scoreboard remained unchanged. In front of a still electric Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, both teams continued their tug-of-war, fully aware that a single mistake could prove fatal at this stage of the competition.

After the teams returned from the locker room, Nigeria gradually took control of possession. The Super Eagles were more active in winning the ball back, dictating long spells of possession, but still couldn't break down a well-organized and disciplined Moroccan defense.

From the 75th minute, and especially after the 80th, the tempo dropped noticeably. Both teams stopped taking risks, opting for caution over boldness. With the score still deadlocked, this semi-final is now heading logically into extra time.
