Carlo Ancelotti may gain some ideas from how Turkey have been using teenage sensation Arda Güler | OneFootball

It has been a massive few months for 19-year-old Real Madrid prospect Arda Güler. First, he began his breakthrough into the first team at Real Madrid, and now he has become one of the stars for Turkey at Euro 2024.

As reported by Diario AS, Güler’s performances have caught Carlo Ancelotti’s eye, and may provide some inspiration which he can use for Real Madrid next season.

It all comes down to Turkey’s apparent lack of attacking stars, which has brought about Güler being used in a false nine position for his national side.

It is in this position that the Real Madrid prospect has gotten a goal and an assist in four games at the tournament so far, whilst also putting in standout performances against Georgia and Austria.

Güler has been showing tremendous self-confidence and ability at the tournament so far, traits he will be hoping to replicate when he returns to Real Madrid for the start of another season.

He has been able to deal with the physicality of the Georgian, Czech and Austrian sides well, showing maturity beyond his years on such a big stage.

Now all that remains to be seen is whether Güler can manage to replicate this incredible form when he returns to Los Blancos when the tournament ends and preseason begins.
