With six goals in his last four matches, Carlos Espí’s brace against Oviedo has electrified Levante’s survival push. The 20-year-old academy striker is flourishing under Luís Castro.

According to Superdeporte, on 1 September 2025, as Etta Eyong arrived, he turned down several loan offers to stay. His entourage backed the call despite Julián Calero’s staff urging a loan and warning of a fringe role.

Last season he struck six in 478 minutes, with a turning point against Eldense, then he assisted Carlos Álvarez to reach the elite in Burgos. This term he has seven in 559 minutes.

His ceiling remains hard to read.
