With one goal and three assists to his name, the Kinshasa native has established himself as a key component of the Spanish side's attack.

CD Castellón currently sits second in the Spanish second division standings with 49 points, just one point behind leaders Racing Santander, putting them in a strong position for promotion to the top tier.

Brian Cipenga's impressive performances could earn him a spot in the squad for the intercontinental playoffs for the 2026 World Cup, set to take place in March in Mexico.

With the DR Congo national team, Cipenga has played five matches. He was included in the squad for AFCON 2025, making two substitute appearances against Benin and Botswana, but only saw six minutes of action.
