Hibernian manager David Gray could be on the cusp of losing his job. The Leith side are 2-0 down at half time as they host St Mirren at Easter Road, which leaves them rooted to the foot of the Premiership table.

If Gray is to lose his job, it will mean managerial upheaval for Celtic midfielder Kwon. The South Korean defensive midfielder joined the Hibees on a deal until the end of the season.

There has been significant pressure on Gray after a poor start to the season, especially with The Black Knights taking more involvement in the club with Malky Mackay. The club’s Head of Football Operations, Derek White, left his role last month as the ex-Celtic defender continued making improvements at the club.

Kwon has made 9 appearances for Hibs this season, the same amount as he made during a loan spell with Stephen Robinson’s Saints last season. The player will not be enjoying the poor displays from the Edinburgh club and be keen to make amends.

Gray, who was given the job after Nick Montgomery was sacked, will know that he doesn’t have long to turn things around at Easter Rd. The Hibs support will not accept their side sitting at the bottom of the table going into the November international break.
