This Tuesday evening, Atlético Madrid swept aside Club Brugge in the Champions League play-off second leg (4-1).

After a thrilling 3-3 draw in the first leg, Atlético Madrid outclassed Brugge 4-1 this Tuesday night in the return leg of the Champions League play-off at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. Following a long clearance from Oblak, Sørloth (23rd minute) opened the scoring for the Colchoneros, but Ordonez (36th) then equalised with a header.

After the break, Cardoso (48th) restored the Rojiblancos' lead with a strike from the edge of the box, before the Norwegian (76th, 87th) sealed the deal with two more goals.

In the round of 16, Atlético Madrid will face either Tottenham or Liverpool.
