The Nerazzurri are without the injured Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Matteo Darmian and Raffaele Di Gennaro.
Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky claim that Yann Bisseck will start his third consecutive match across all competitions.
Stefan de Vrij is favourite over Francesco Acerbi, while Alessandro Bastoni is expected to rest, making room for Carlos Augusto in a three-man backline.
Hakan Calhanoglu will likely start on the bench as well, so Nicolò Barella will play as a deep-lying playmaker, joining Piotr Zielinski and Davide Frattesi in the middle of the park.
Denzel Dumfries and Federico Dimarco will start on the wings, while Lautaro and Pio Esposito will be the starting strikers.
Inter have a perfect record in the Champions League so far with three wins in three games.
The match will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 7 in the UK and Ireland and on Paramount+ in the USA.
