In a recent report, journalist James Holland claimed that Chelsea are monitoring the progress of Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior. It has been mentioned that the Blues are eyeing a move to acquire the services of the Brazilian wide player next year.

Vinicius Jr.’s Impressive Form In Spanish Football

Vinicius Jr. is having a decent campaign at the Madrid club after he put in a string of impressive displays for them in the final third. The Brazilian sensation has registered five goals and earned eight assists in 24 appearances for Real Madrid this season across all fronts.

The 25-year-old has given a good account of himself in the opponent’s half as he is averaging 3.33 shots per 90 minutes in La Liga. He has kept 40.8% of his attempts on target. Should Chelsea Boss Enzo Maresca Go For Vinicius Jr.?

Vinicius Jr. is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can use his pace well to cause a lot of headaches for his marker out in the wide areas. He has got the vision to engineer some inviting chances for his teammates in the final third.
