Chelsea are working on finding clubs for Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi in January according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol.
The duo were available all summer, but ended up staying at Stamford Bridge despite attracting interest from a number of clubs.
Disasi and Sterling are now the only members of the infamous “bomb squad,” and have been training away from the first team.
Sterling reportedly had interest from as many as five clubs, but his preference to remain in London made things difficult.
Disasi on the other hand is believed to have turned down loan moves from three Premier League clubs on deadline day.

Sterling has been accused of caring more about money than football, whilst the PFA are also said to have investigated the situation and are keeping a close eye on things.
It’s going to be a bleak few months until the January window opens, but Solhekol has provided an update on the situation.
He took to X.com and said:
“Chelsea are working to find clubs for Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi in January.
“The players are keeping fit and it is also up to them to agree to any deal which may materialise.”
The Blues will likely face a much easier task in finding a new club for Disasi, although quite how many suitors there will be remains to be seen.
For Sterling it will be a lot more difficult given his supposed insistence to remain in London, whilst for any move to happen he’ll have to significantly drop his wages.

More than anything Chelsea will just want to get Sterling’s reported wages of in excess of £300,000 per week off their books.
The likelihood is Disasi will probably leave on a loan deal, whilst Chelsea could end up contributing some of Sterling’s wages like they did when he was Arsenal last season.
