Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has confirmed that Cole Palmer is available to play against Arsenal on Sunday.
Palmer has been out of action for the Blues since September due to a groin injury.
He was expected to return ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League win against Barcelona in midweek, but his comeback was delayed after he broke his toe.
Maresca has now confirmed the England international is ready to start against Arsenal this weekend, per Sky Sports.
Palmer has been a key player for Chelsea since joining them from Manchester City in 2023. He has bagged 45 goals and 29 assists in 101 appearances across all competitions.
However, Chelsea have done well without Palmer this season. They have won five of their last six Premier League matches and are currently sitting second in the table.
They also moved up to seventh in the Champions League standings with an emphatic 3-0 victory over Barcelona on Tuesday.
They will be playing in front of their own supporters at Stamford Bridge, but the Gunners have been superb this season. Their only defeat was against Liverpool in August.
