Chelsea are continuing their efforts to bring in experienced England pair Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson.

The Daily Mail say the Blues are keen to add more experience to the squad, with Henderson and Welbeck both being targeted.

Both deals are being worked on, though multiple sides are said to be keen on Henderson. There is optimism that agreements can be reached to bring in both, however.

The Sun also report that both Liam Delap and Emmanuel Emegha could leave the club this summer.

Meanwhile, Manchester City are preparing for the possibility of a bid from Real Madrid for Rodri, despite reports that Paris Saint-Germain have ended their interest in the Spain international.

Sky Sports report that PSG have no plans to pursue the 30-year-old midfielder, but The Guardian say City are expecting Real Madrid to test their resolve before the end of the window, though add that the club remain hopeful of him signing a new deal.

Leeds United are closing in on the signing of goalkeeper James Trafford from Manchester City. According to The Athletic, the newly promoted side are set to agree a deal worth around £40 million for the England international as Daniel Farke continues to strengthen his squad ahead of the new Premier League season.

Real Madrid are also pushing to land highly rated winger Yan Diomande. Sky Germany reports Los Blancos have submitted a second offer worth between £94 million and £98 million for the RB Leipzig teenager, although further negotiations will be required before an agreement is reached.

L’Equipe report that Crystal Palace have agreed personal terms with Brest’s 19-year-old defender Raphael Le Guen, while The Sun claim Manchester United are in advanced talks to loan Joshua Zirkzee to Juventus, with the Italian club holding an option to make the move permanent for around £30 million.

John Stones, who has been linked with both Arsenal and Chelsea, is set for a move to Inter Milan according to various reports.

Rounding up the rest of the day’s rumours, Mundo Deportivo says Sevilla are prepared to sell winger Ruben Vargas, who is attracting interest from Brighton, Newcastle United and Aston Villa. RMC Sport reports Sunderland have agreed personal terms with Toulouse full-back Dayann Methalie, and Sky Sports says Fulham midfielder Sasa Lukic is among Ipswich Town’s midfield targets this summer.
