Chelsea make no mistake at home to Djurgarden

Chelsea ensured their place in the Europa Conference League after defeating Swedish side Djurgarden at Stamford Bridge.

Enzo Maresca's team enjoyed a 4-1 victory in the first leg in Sweden and knew that any positive result would ensure their place in a European final.

That was an easy enough brief for the Blues who will face either Fiorentina or Real Betis in the final.

Despite that three-goal advantage, Chelsea made sure of their result in the first half despite a much-rotated team.

With six minutes to go before the break Tyrique George played a through-ball for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall who made no mistake from close range to make it 1-0 on the night and 5-1 on aggregate.

As if Chelsea's lead wasn't enough, the Blues from that point already had their place in the Europa League Conference final as they eagerly await their opponents.
