Chelsea are reportedly pondering making a £43.7m offer to sign another teenager to then send to Strasbourg right away.

A story we have heard MANY times in the last couple of years. Chelsea in the hunt for yet another new teenager, another young rising star, who they will then use Strasbourg so they can play some football before they may or may not come back in to play for Chelsea eventually.

It’s been impossible to keep track of all the young players Chelsea get linked with pretty much on a daily basis these days, but there is another one to add to that list anyway, should anyone have bothered to have the time to keep one!

Chelsea keen on Bouaddi

According to CaughtOffside, Chelsea could make an offer of up to €50m (£43.7m) for Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi in the January transfer window.

The outlet’s report, which has described Bouaddi as a “generational talent”, claims that the Blues could then loan the 18-year-old to Strasbourg.

Lille apparently want to keep him, obviously. But we will see if Chelsea decide to push or not.
