Chelsea have somehow been fined MORE than West Ham after their involvement in an in-game brawl that happened recently.

West Ham and Chelsea’s players were involved in a mass brawl in a recent Premier League game, which was well and truly provoked by West Ham’s players.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea ‘intensively’ scouting Greece international – This one could have legs to it

But miraculously, Chelsea have been fined more than West Ham, and even blamed Marc Cucurella for his involvement!? How is that even possible? Cucurella was literally launched across the pitch by Adama Traore which was what caused the big reactions from both sets of players. Then Joao Pedro was physically assaulted and grabbed by his neck!??

I’ve honestly just watched the clip, which you can see here, at least five more times and I cannot make zero sense of this conclusion!

Make it make sense

An independent Regulatory Commission has fined Chelsea FC & West Ham for the mass confrontation in January.

Chelsea have been FINED £325,000! • West Ham have been FINED £300,000

FA Reasoning:

‘It was not accepted that Mr Cucurella was wholly without fault. He was aware of his actions after conceding the corner kick and returning to his feet. He sought to invite a reaction from Mr Traoré. That is not to justify Mr Traoré’s disproportionate reaction from which the mass confrontation ensued.

‘Furthermore, the Commission noted that three of the Chelsea players were in some way seeking to incite the crowd during and towards the end of the incident.” reaction from Mr Traoré. Wow, absolute delusion at it’s finest that.
