Guadalajara Sub 21 already has one hand on the Clausura 2026 championship trophy! That’s right, Chivahermanos: the Rebaño crushed América 4-1 in the first leg of the category’s Final at Estadio AKRON, thanks to a performance filled with personality, quality football, and above all, the talent that defines the Rojiblanca Academy.
There was only one team on the pitch, and it was Chivas Sub 21, which gave the House of Mexicans a spectacular farewell before it officially becomes a World Cup venue. Luis Arce’s side completely controlled the match, driven by incisive passing between the lines that dismantled the Azulcrema side from start to finish.
Add to that the four stunning goals scored by the Chiverío — each one brilliantly crafted — and the result fully reflected the dominance shown by Guadalajara, leaving the team in an excellent position to claim the CL26 title.
Any victory, draw, or even a loss by up to two goals at Cancha Centenario de Coapa next Saturday, May 16, would secure Guadalajara Sub 21 the first championship in its history and the 29th title for the Rojiblanca Academy in the Liga MX youth era.
