The second-leg matches of the 2025/2026 CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round concluded on the evening of Sunday, October 26. At the end of these fixtures, 16 clubs have punched their tickets for the group stage.

The list of qualified teams is now complete, with six new sides joining the ranks, most notably Kaizer Chiefs (South Africa) and Al Masry SC (Egypt).

Here is the full lineup of clubs set to compete in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup:

The group stage draw ceremony will take place on Monday, November 3 in Johannesburg (South Africa). This draw will determine the makeup of the competition’s four groups.
