The Lega Serie A has confirmed that Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri will be suspended for next Monday’s league clash away against Torino, and that three other players have also picked up bans after the 13th round of fixtures over the weekend.

Allegri ban confirmed after Week 13

Allegri was sent off right at the end of Milan’s 1-0 win over Lazio on Saturday evening amidst a penalty debacle that continues to cause debate among supporters and pundits. He has been given a one-match ban and has been handed a fine of €10,000 for his actions towards the officials.

Roma have been handed a fine of €10,000, Lecce €7,000, Inter and Milan €5,000, Genoa €3,000 and €2,000 for Bologna and Torino as a result of various incidents involving supporters in and around the grounds over the weekend.
