The confirmed Newcastle team v Wolves has now been announced.
Newcastle United looking to make it ten points picked up from the opening four Premier League matches.
If they do so, they would be guaranteed at least top three after this weekend.
Top two with a Newcastle United win against Wolves, if Arsenal don’t win against Tottenham today.
Newcastle United team v Wolves:
Pope, Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall, Joelinton, Bruno, Longstaff, Jacob Murphy, Isak, Gordon
So three changes from the team that started against Tottenham.
IN:
Schar, Hall and Jacob Murphy.
Krafth, Kelly and Barnes.
So no dream midfield trio of Tonali and the two Brazilians starting together in the Premier League this season.
However, the Italy international is part of surely the strongest NUFC bench for some considerable time.
Great to see Joe Willock fit enough to be amongst the subs.
A lot of options on that bench if Eddie Howe chooses/has to change things.
Subs:
Dubravka, Trippier, Tonali, Barnes, Krafth, Osula, Almiron, Kelly, Willock
