Flamengo’s 2-1 win over Vitória produced the biggest crowd of the Copa do Brasil fifth phase first legs, with 44,292 present, 41,185 paying, and a gross of R$ 3,048,838.
The smallest attendance came in Bragantino’s 1-1 draw with Mirassol, which sold 2,175 tickets, total not disclosed, for R$ 52,265. According to Globo.com, attendances and revenues across the other ties were as follows.
São Paulo’s 1-0 win over Juventude drew 33,603 and R$ 1,142,961, while Botafogo beat Chapecoense 1-0 before 26,001 and R$ 812,690. Paysandu’s 2-0 defeat to Vasco brought 25,933 and R$ 2,054,749.
Barra-SC’s 1-0 loss to Corinthians attracted 14,137 and R$ 2,620,420. Palmeiras beat Jacuipense 3-0 with 22,562 and R$ 1,843,114, and Grêmio’s 2-0 victory over Confiança drew 18,350 and R$ 969,353.
Goiás and Cruzeiro drew 2-2 before 18,725 and R$ 1,018,793. Athletico-PR’s 0-0 with Atlético-GO brought 18,736 and R$ 560,240, and Atlético-MG’s 2-1 win over Ceará drew 13,633 and R$ 577,189.
Bahia lost 3-1 to Remo in front of 31,147 and R$ 759,095. Santos and Coritiba drew 0-0 before 7,182 and R$ 380,323, and Fortaleza beat CRB 2-1 with 6,962 and R$ 71,790.
Athletic Club lost 2-1 to Internacional with 5,514 and R$ 592,858. Operário-PR’s 0-0 with Fluminense had 9,244 and R$ 472,240.
