Corinthians agree Somos Young deal to modernise Fiel Torcedor with AI | OneFootball

Corinthians have confirmed a partnership with Somos Young to upgrade the Fiel Torcedor programme, aiming for faster real-time support via artificial intelligence. The club said in a statement that the move is intended to modernise engagement with supporters.

The agreement followed a competitive process with technical evaluation. Somos Young uses AI to automate customer service and already works with Cruzeiro, Vasco, Sport, Vitória and Bahia.

At those clubs, the technology cut queues to zero in about 30 days.

President Osmar Stabile said modernising Fiel Torcedor's customer service had been a priority for the administration. He added that the club sought scalable AI without losing the human touch and chose a solution already tested in football, which gives confidence for implementation.

Stabile also highlighted financial and structural gains. He said the flexible, responsible model preserves full freedom for the club and replaces older tools, delivering considerable monthly savings while raising the operation's technological level.

Somos Young founder Henrique Borges welcomed the deal, calling it an honour after months of competition. He said serving more than 40 million passionate fans is a major responsibility and that, within weeks, members will notice a consistent change in how the club engages.
