Corinthians debut Copa do Brasil champions patch against Barra | OneFootball

Corinthians begin their Copa do Brasil campaign on Tuesday night against Barra at Ressacada, the first leg of the fifth phase, and will debut the 2025 champions patch on their kit. Kick-off is 21:30 local time.

The badge sits on the right chest beside the crest. A smaller sleeve patch, above the competition logo, indicates the club's title count. According to ge.globo, main sponsor Esportes da Sorte bars rival brands, and as the official patch carries Betano, the club used a version without that identification.

The run to the fourth title featured 10 matches, eight wins, one draw and one defeat. They scored 12 and conceded three. The trophy was sealed with a 2-1 win over Vasco at the Maracanã after a goalless first leg at Neo Química Arena, adding to successes in 1995, 2002 and 2009.

Tuesday also brings a first, this is the inaugural official meeting between Corinthians and Barra.

Barra are making their debut in the Copa do Brasil and have already eliminated América Mineiro and Volta Redonda.
