According to Meu Timao, Corinthians defender André Ramalho will be a guest on CazéTV for Jordan v Austria, a Group J first-round match, kicking off at one am Brasília time on Wednesday. The channel is broadcasting every World Cup match on YouTube.

The number five will join narrator Alexandre Branco, analysts Bruno Magalhães and Luis Folha, and coach Ney Franco on the broadcast.

His selection reflects his long association with Austria. Ramalho played for Red Bull Salzburg across two spells between 2013 and 2021, winning the league in 2013-14, 2014-15, 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20, plus the domestic cup in 2013-14 and 2019-20.

Corinthians are also represented in World Cup coverage by two members of their women’s side. Full-back Tamires features on TV Globo’s Central da Copa alongside presenter Tadeu Schmidt and comedian Fábio Porchat.

Defender Erika is part of SporTV’s commentary team for the tournament. She previously worked as a pundit during the 2023 Women’s World Cup for Globo and the 2022 Women’s Copa América for SBT.
