Corinthians extend 13-game unbeaten run against Ferroviária with Paulista Feminino win | OneFootball

Corinthians extended their unbeaten run against Ferroviária to 13 matches with a 1-0 win at Fazendinha in the Campeonato Paulista Feminino on Friday. According to Meu Timao, the result kept the Brabas on the leaders' heels.

Since the club revived their women's team in 2016, the sides have met 42 times. Corinthians lead the head-to-head with 31 wins, 10 draws and one defeat, scoring 90 goals and conceding 23.

Their sole loss in that period came in August 2022, a 2-1 reverse in the Paulista. Since then the rivalry has swung decisively their way. Before Friday, they had already beaten Ferroviária 3-1 at Fazendinha in this season's Brasileiro.

The pair have also shared major finals. The 2019 Brazilian Championship decider finished 0-0 before Ferroviária prevailed 4-2 on penalties. Later that year Corinthians hit back, winning the Libertadores final 2-0 to secure their second continental title.

More recently, Corinthians won 2-0 in the 2024 Supercopa Feminina semi-final. In the 2025 Libertadores, it ended 1-1 and the Brabas advanced 6-5 on penalties.

The rivalry resumes on Monday, 21 July, in a single-leg Copa do Brasil Feminina last-16 tie. Corinthians visit Arena Fonte Luminosa at 20:00.
