Corinthians have left midfielder Allan out of their squad for the clash with Flamengo at Neo Química Arena in the eighth round of the Campeonato Brasileiro, because naming him would have required a R$ two million payment to Flamengo.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Flamengo loaned Allan to Corinthians at the start of the season and a clause applies if he is listed for Sunday 22. Corinthians did not make the payment, so Allan will not be available to coach Dorival Júnior.

Flamengo have named a strong side for the match, though they are without Bruno Henrique, Saúl, Léo Pereira and Erick Pulgar.
