Three Corinthians players featured for their national teams on Saturday as the March international window wrapped up. According to Meu Timao, Dayana Rodrguez, Belen Aquino and Gisela Robledo took part in their countries final friendlies before returning to the club.

Dayana represented Venezuela in a friendly against Club Amrica at the Mexican sides training centre and completed the full match. Venezuela led through Gnesis Flrez and Marianyela Jimacruz, but the hosts levelled in the second half.

Later, Aquino started for Uruguay against Ecuador at the Chubb Arena. At 50 minutes of the second half she was involved in the move that led to Esperanza Pizarros goal, sealing a 1-1 draw. The teams had also met earlier in the window, when Aquino was involved in Uruguays win.

Robledo was the only Corinthians player not to start her final fixture, coming on after the interval. She could not prevent a 1-0 defeat to the United States, the goal arriving 35 minutes into the second half.

Seven more Corinthians players could still feature for Brazil later on Saturday, with call-ups for goalkeeper Lele, defenders Thais Ferreira and Tamires, midfielders Ana Vitoria and Duda Sampaio, and forwards Gabi Zanotti and Jaqueline. Arthur Eliass side face Mexico at 20:00 at Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes in Mexico City.

After international duty, the players are due back in Brazil to rejoin Corinthians, who continue preparations for the derby against Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras on Friday at 21:30 at Arena Barueri, in the third round of the Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino.
