Corinthians unveil new Neo Química Arena dressing room celebrating Copa do Brasil title | OneFootball

Corinthians have given the Neo Química Arena dressing room a new look, foregrounding their Copa do Brasil triumph. According to Meu Timao, the club’s Casa do Povo account shared images of the overhaul on Tuesday.

The corridors now carry a mural of the club’s trophies and an updated shot of the squad huddled during the penalty shootout against Cruzeiro in the Copa do Brasil, with the Fiel in the background.

Other images show players and supporters celebrating the Copa do Brasil title, sealed with a 2-1 win over Vasco da Gama at the Maracanã. A Fiel mosaic from the semi-final is also depicted.

While the home facilities relive landmark moments, the visitors’ side is deliberately more intimidating, with phrases about the strength of the Fiel intended to create a cauldron.

Although the revamp is complete, Corinthians first face Bahia in their Brasileirão opener on Wednesday at Vila Belmiro in Santos. They then meet Flamengo in the Supercopa do Brasil at Mané Garrincha in Brasília at the weekend, before returning to Itaquera on 5 February to host Capivariano in the Campeonato Paulista.
