In addition to stretching their winning league run to four games, Inter kept another clean sheet.

Indeed, Chivu’s men have now racked up the division’s joint-high 12 shutouts this season.

As such, the Nerazzurri have moved eight points clear of second-placed AC Milan at the top of the Serie A table.

Furthermore, they’ve set themselves up perfectly for the upcoming Coppa Italian quarter-final tie against Torino.
