Crystal Palace have completed the signing of London City Lionesses defender Teyah Goldie on a loan deal for the 2026/2027 season.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Eagles this afternoon.

The 22-year-old centre-back joins Crystal Palace off the back of completing her first top flight season with London City Lionesses in 2025/2026. Goldie made six appearances for The Pride in the Barclays Women’s Super League, helping the club to record a sixth-place finish.

Goldie initially joined London City Lionesses in summer 2024 on a loan deal from former club Arsenal. She was a Barclays WSL2 title-winner with the club at the end of her first campaign at The Copperjax Community Stadium. Her performances in the second tier prompted London City Lionesses to acquire her services on a permanent basis.

On the international stage, Goldie has represented England at various youth levels up to and including Under-23 level.

After joining Crystal Palace on loan, Goldie said “I’m really excited, to be honest. I’m obviously familiar with South London after the last couple of years, and I love it. It’s become home, so I’m delighted to be here.”

Goldie is Crystal Palace’s second signing of the summer transfer window.
