Dani Carvajal names the one leading figure behind Real Madrid’s success | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Dani Carvajal has on Tuesday moved to lavish praise on head coach Carlo Ancelotti.

As much, of course, comes ahead of another crucial outing for Real on the continent on Wednesday night.

Fresh off securing the La Liga title over the weekend, Los Blancos will now turn their attentions back towards the Champions League, in a semi-final 2nd-leg showdown with German heavyweights Bayern Munich.

Ahead of the matchup, Caravajal was in turn the member of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad chosen to take his place in front of the media.

And the stopper, as alluded to above, made use of the opportunity to reveal his appreciation for all of the work done by his manager, as well as his staff.

Drawn on the role played by Ancelotti in the club’s pursuit of a European and domestic double, Carvajal assured:

“He and his staff are the reason of our success. The departures of Benzema and Asensio and the serious injuries… we have to give them credit.”
