Dani Vivián returns after six matches out. The Vitoria-born centre-back has overcome an adductor injury.
According to El Correo, Ernesto Valverde raised it at the first opportunity in his pre-match press conference. Before Athletic v Elche on Friday at 21:00, he confirmed Vivián’s return.

Vivián had missed games against Sporting in the Champions, Valencia and Real Sociedad in the Copa, and Real Sociedad, Levante and Oviedo in the league.
His recovery slightly eases Athletic’s crowded treatment room.
The defender is back.
