Darío Osorio ‘to cost’ €12-15m amid renewed Benfica interest | OneFootball

Benfica have again been linked with Midtjylland winger Darío Osorio, 22, after a standout campaign in Denmark. The Chile international is viewed as one of his generation’s most promising talents.

According to Glorioso 1904, the Lisbon club are among those tracking the player, and Marco Silva has already shown interest. Osorio had previously been mentioned in connection with Benfica during last summer’s window.

A move could happen in the next summer window, although Midtjylland have not set a firm price. Estimates indicate a fee between 12 and 15 million euros, with Universidad de Chile due 10 percent of any sale.

Despite a contract running to 2030, Midtjylland still consider him negotiable if a suitable offer arrives. Interest from Premier League clubs is also mentioned.

In 2025/26, Osorio, valued at 15 million euros, made 47 appearances for Midtjylland. He played 28 times in the Superligaen, 13 in the Europa League and six in the Danish Cup, totalling 3,149 minutes with eight goals and 10 assists.
