Liverpool could have something of a clear-out in the coming days. There are reports of seven stars on the chopping block.
It's a summer of change at Anfield. Liverpool, despite winning the Premier League title, hope to overhaul their squad.
That's something Anfield Watch believed would be happening back in February. The Reds won't rest on any laurels here - they're looking to improve in a major Premier League statement.
We've already seen two players leave, for one. Trent Alexander-Arnold has joined Real Madrid for £10m, while Caoimhin Kelleher is now a Brentford player.
The Reds have brought in players, too. Jeremie Frimpong arrived from Bayer Leverkusen and last week saw Armin Pecsi join from Puskas Akademie.
But Liverpool certainly won't stop there. The Athletic's David Ornstein understands there are as many as seven first-team players in line to leave.
Ornstein writes in the Athletic that Harvey Elliott is a potential exit. He's weighing up his options and it's been reported for some time that Liverpool are open to a sale there.
Tyler Morton and Nat Phillips, both of whom are far from first-team plans, are eager to leave. Morton very nearly left last summer but should do this time around. Phillips apparently has interest in him from West Bromwich Albion and others.
Kostas Tsimikas, Darwin Nunez and Federico Chiesa are all really strong candidates for sales. Ornstein claims Liverpool are listening to offers on all three.
