Doctors urging Real Madrid star to ‘slow down’ | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has been urged by the club’s medical staff to be patient and ease up in his efforts to recover from injury.

That’s according to Marca, who have this weekend provided an insight into the situation.

Midfielder Bellingham is for his part of course sidelined long-term at present.

This comes after the England international over the summer underwent a surgical procedure to repair a long-standing shoulder problem.

Bellingham, all going according to plan, has been widely tipped to mark his return the pitch at some point in October.

The 21-year-old himself, though, is understood to be nothing short of desperate to shorten his recovery time as much as possible.

As per a report from Marca:

‘Doctors are having to slow down Bellingham, who is eager to return sooner than expected.’

It is also noted that, this coming week, the former Borussia Dortmund talent is in line to ‘ramp up’ his work with the ball, with it not ruled out that Bellingham could even play some part in group training activities.
