Milan have agreed a loan deal with Fiorentina for winger Riccardo Sottil and are still discussing a Samuel Chukwueze move to Fulham.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the clubs shook hands with just over an hour left before the transfer deadline.
That will be at 23.00 GMT, 00.00 CET, so there is very little time to complete the deals.
Sottil had been approached by the Rossoneri earlier in the day and negotiations have been going on for hours.
It was believed to be a loan with option to buy at the end of the season for circa €10m.
This could be a €1m loan with option to make it permanent for €10m, claim Calciomercato.com.

The 25-year-old impressed coach Sergio Conceicao with his versatility, as he can play on the right or left wing, as well as in a trequartista or support striker role.
Coming through the Torino and Fiorentina youth academies, Sottil scored five goals and provided three assists in 25 competitive appearances for the Viola this season.
At the same time, Milan are working right down to the wire to reach an agreement to send Chukwueze to Fulham on loan with an option to buy.
