Dujon Sterling has been charged with road traffic offences after a one-vehicle crash in Glasgow, Police Scotland said. No injuries were reported.
The Rangers player was arrested following the collision on West Graham Street in Cowcaddens at around 1.25am on Sunday.
The driver was a 26-year-old man and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
The incident happened hours after Rangers beat Celtic 3-1 at Parkhead.
Separately, Rangers have added Sterling to their squad for the remainder of the Europa League league phase after learning Derek Cornelius will be out until at least the end of January.
Rangers have been approached for comment.
