Eliezer Mayenda is reportedly expected to leave Sunderland this summer as speculation grows, after his agent posted from the Stadium of Light captioned "The Last Dance" and tagged the club, the player and the Premier League.
Foot Mercato claims the 21-year-old is expected to depart, with several ambitious European clubs monitoring his situation ahead of the window.
Mayenda made 23 appearances in all competitions in 2025-26, scoring twice in the Premier League as Sunderland finished seventh and secured historic Europa League qualification.
He joined from Sochaux in 2023 and has played 73 times for the Black Cats, scoring 12 goals. His breakthrough came in the 2024-25 promotion season, when he hit 10 in 42 across all competitions.
The forward featured 20 times in the league this term and, though not always a starter, offered pace, versatility and work rate for Régis Le Bris.
Sunderland are preparing for a significant summer with Premier League and Europa League campaigns ahead. Mayenda remains under contract, but his situation could be one to watch as interest builds.
