Level with OM in Ligue 1, OL closed the winter window by adding Roman Iaremtchouk and Noham Kamara after recruiting Endrick and Noah Nartey.

On 1 September they failed to land a starting striker, only Martin Satriano arrived after Georges Mikautadze’s sale to Villarreal. L'Équipe reports that five months later Satriano left for Getafe and Endrick joined on loan from Real Madrid.

OL have also taken Iaremtchouk, a 1.91 m target man, on loan from Olympiakos until the end of the season. The 30-year-old Ukraine international, 65 caps and 17 goals, was sought by Paulo Fonseca to deepen his attack.

Deadline day brought straight Ligue 2 loans, without options, for academy forwards Enzo Molebe, 18, and Alejandro Gomes Rodriguez, 17. The France U19 finishes the season at Montpellier, the England U18 joins Annecy.

Amid a run of 10 straight wins in all competitions, OL also bolstered a thin defence. They resisted Premier League bids for Ruben Kluivert and struck a deal with PSG for Noham Kamara.

The versatile 19-year-old, a France U20, arrives on loan to season’s end. OL will then activate a €4m obligation, excluding bonuses, to give him a four-year contract.

Sporting director Matthieu Louis-Jean signed Nartey for €7.5m this winter. The Denmark youth international hit the winner against Lille, 1-0, from a Kluivert assist, while Endrick has four in four and January’s club award.
