Real Madrid youngster Endrick has admitted that he was less than pleased on the back of the club’s most recent outing.
Endrick, of course, is fresh off a match-winning performance on Wednesday night.
After Real Madrid made the trip to Anoeta to face Real Sociedad in the first leg of a Copa del Rey semi-final tie, the Brazilian notched the only goal of the clash during the first-half.
Endrick was widely praised for his performance, having also come close to adding to his tally on more than one occasion.
It was one such miss, however, which culminated in the 18-year-old being ‘angry’ with himself post-match.
With the score at 1-0, Endrick came inches away from adding his 2nd of the evening at Anoeta, rattling the crossbar courtesy of a thunderous left-footed effort.
Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle, the young attacker was therefore not shy in admitting:
“I am angry, I could have scored another goal. I missed it but I will learn from this.”
