ENIC Group, owners of Tottenham Hotspur, will not step in to decide Igor Tudor’s future despite the club’s alarming start under the Croatian, according to the BBC.

ENIC will leave the call to the Spurs executive leadership.

Per the report, Tottenham chief executive Vinai Venkatesham and sporting director Johan Lange retain full authority over the manager’s position.

The duo led the decision to appoint Tudor following the dismissal of Thomas Frank last month. Unfortunately, his start has been disastrous.

Spurs have lost all four matches since his arrival, conceding 14 goals and slipping dangerously close to the bottom three of the Premier League table.

Sunday’s clash with Liverpool could see Tottenham fall into the relegation zone if results elsewhere go against them.

Their struggles were laid bare again in midweek as a 5–2 defeat to Atletico Madrid left Spurs facing a steep task in the second leg.

Behind the scenes, concerns go beyond results.

Sources suggest a growing disconnect between Tudor and members of the squad, with several players unconvinced he can steer the club away from danger.

His decision not to console goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky after the young stopper was substituted just 17 minutes into the defeat in Madrid has also raised eyebrows internally.

Ownership has historically avoided day-to-day involvement, a structure that has remained in place even after the departure of long-time chairman Daniel Levy last year.

The Lewis family, led by patriarch Joe Lewis, continue to ratify major decisions but are not expected to intervene directly unless the situation deteriorates.
