Europa League official line-ups: Roma vs. Midtjylland | OneFootball

Roma have Paulo Dybala and Daniele Ghilardi in the starting XI against Europa League leaders Midtjylland, as La Joya returns after three weeks out.

It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 17.45 GMT.

The Giallorossi are top of the Serie A table, but have so far been unable to translate that form to Europe, where they lost both home games against Lille and Viktoria Plzen, winning away to Nice and Rangers.

The good news for Gian Piero Gasperini is that Paulo Dybala and Leon Bailey are back in the squad, leaving only Artem Dovbyk and Angelino on the treatment table.

The big surprises are that Dybala is thrown straight back into the starting XI after suffering a muscular injury taking a penalty against AC Milan, while ex-Verona defender Ghilardi gets his first start for the club.

Dybala is the False 9 with support from Matias Soulé and Lorenzo Pellegrini.

Wesley is yet again preferred to Kostas Tsimikas, even if it means shifting him over to the left flank.

Midtjylland have been the real surprise outfit of the Europa League so far this season, sitting on top of the table after wins over Sturm Graz, Nottingham Forest, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Celtic.

The Danes are without injured Adam Gabriel, Edward Chilufya and Ovie Ejeheri, but Aral Simsir has shaken off a knock.

Their squad includes former Napoli midfielder Philip Billing and ex-Bologna defender Martin Erlic.
