A former member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has this week added his name to the growing list of admirers of Blancos talent Gonzalo García.

This of course comes fresh off another outing to remember for the frontman on Tuesday evening.

Gonzalo was in from the off once more late last night, as Real Madrid locked horns with Italian heavyweights Juventus in the Last-16 of the Club World Cup.

And when all was said and done, the 21-year-old’s breakout summer only continued.

En route to a 1-0 Blancos triumph, Gonzalo notched the only goal of the game early in the 2nd-half.

As much makes it four goal contributions in as many outings for the young Spaniard at the Club World Cup.

And one individual of the belief that the significance of as much should not be overlooked is Joselu.

Speaking as part of his punditry role for DAZN on Wednesday, ex-Real goalscorer Joselu sent a clear message to his former employers regarding Gonzalo’s talents:

“We’ve already seen Gonzalo. The search for a number nine should stop. We’ve found an unbelievable profile.”
