Plymouth Argyle have landed another huge FA Cup tie, facing last year’s finalists Manchester City having knocked out Liverpool in the last round.
Argyle make the long trip north with City having scraped past League One Leyton Orient with a 2-1 win on Saturday.
Last year’s winners Manchester United, meanwhile, will host fellow Premier League side Fulham.
The two sides met in the same competition two years ago at the quarter final stage, with United coming out on top on their way to the final.
There is another all Premier League tie too, with high flying Bournemouth taking on Wolves at the Vitality Stadium.
Ipswich Town either face a long trip down south to take on League One Exeter City, or will take on this season’s Premier League overachievers Nottingham Forest.
Forest take on Exeter on Tuesday night in the fourth round.
Elsewhere, Aston Villa host Championship side Cardiff City. Unai Emery’s men were victorious over Spurs in the fourth round on Sunday to get to this stage.
If Crystal Palace get past Doncaster Rovers, they will take on local rivals Milwall in what is sure to be a feisty encounter at Selhurst Park.
Brighton will travel north to face Carabao Cup finalists Newcastle United in another all Premier League clash. The Seagulls knocked out Chelsea in the last round while Newcastle beat Birmingham 3-2.
And finally, there is a Lancashire derby with Championship promotion hopefuls Burnley taking on Preston at Deepdale.
Ties in the fifth round will be staged across the weekend of Saturday March 1 and Sunday March 2.
There is also £225,000 on offer for the winning clubs.
