This weekend’s quarter-final action is headlined by a seismic clash between Manchester City and Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon, while competition underdogs Port Vale look to continue a fairytale run when they travel to face Chelsea.

And following the conclusion of the weekend’s drama and the last-eight stage of the tournament, fans of the remaining four teams will not have to wait long to see who will face off for a place in the showpiece May final.

When is the FA Cup Semi-Final Draw?

The FA Cup semi-final draw will be held live on Sunday, April 5, 2026.

The draw procedure will take place at the London Stadium immediately after the last of the quarter-final ties – a meeting between West Ham United and Leeds United.

With that match kicking off at 4:30PM BST, the draw is expected to commence approximately 15 minutes after the full-time whistle – roughly around 6:30PM BST – depending on whether the match goes to extra time and penalties.

How to Watch the Draw Live

Supporters can follow the draw across several broadcast platforms:

  • TV: Live on TNT Sports 1
  • Streaming: HBO Max (Discovery+)
  • Digital: The TNT Sports YouTube channel will provide a free live stream of the ceremony.

The draw will be presented by Becky Ives, with Scottish football icon Ally McCoist on hand to pick the balls and determine the fixtures for the penultimate stage of the competition.

City Xtra will also have instant updates on Manchester City’s fate in the semi-final stage, should Pep Guardiola’s side progress beyond Liverpool in the last-eight.
