While Napoli isn’t offering a buy option, CaughtOffside claimed PSG could sell Škriniar for around €35 million, with two Premier League clubs in the mix.

Tottenham also reached out for deal terms a few days ago after Škriniar was left out of the squad by manager Luis Enrique for PSG’s Matchday 7 clash with Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League.

Journalist Ben Jacobs recently reported that Tottenham are considering a loan offer for Skriniar. However, PSG would prefer a permanent transfer if they decide to part ways with the defender.
