Facundo Buonanotte is set to spend the second half of the season on loan at Leeds United with his time at Chelsea coming to an end.
The Argentinian's move from Brighton & Hove Albion to Stamford Bridge was a surprise and was mostly to provide cover for the injured Cole Palmer.
Indeed, in total Buonanotte has featured just eight times for the club in all competitions but has only played in the Premier League for the Blues once – his debut in the 2-2 draw with Brentford back in September.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the 21-year-old will soon undergo a medical with Leeds United as his loan to Chelsea is to be cut short and he will instead strengthen Daniel Farke's team.
