Champions League contestants Aston Villa may be one man lighter come January as Jaden Philogene is linked with a winter transfer.
Reports from Türkiye have claimed Fenerbahçe are interested in signing the former England U21 winger from the Premier League side.
The Villa youth academy product returned to Birmingham in the summer after a successful season away at Hull City.
There, he earned a Puskás Award nomination and registered 12 goals in 37 appearances for the Tigers, prompting Villa to splash £13 million to bring him back to the club.
But across the current 2024-25 campaign, Philogene has managed just 15 combined appearances across all competitions and only four starts, while failing to find the back of the net in the process.
Fenerbahçe are subsequently keen on helping Philogene find his best form again by taking him under their wing on loan.
With the likes of Morgan Rogers, Leon Bailey, and John McGinn preferred by Emery, a spell with the Turkish giants and manager José Mourinho could prove crucial for the 22-year-old.
