Filipe Luís is expected to join Monaco rather than Bayer Leverkusen, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Ligue 1 side are said to have an agreement on a contract running to 2028.

Leverkusen had identified Luís as their top candidate to replace Kasper Hjulmand, who is widely expected to be sacked.
Leverkusen have also been linked with Andoni Iraola, who is set to leave Bournemouth.
Oliver Glasner, set to depart Crystal Palace, is another option, though both appear more inclined to remain in England.
