Fiorentina ‘to ask’ Chelsea about Disasi availability | OneFootball

Fiorentina have intensified their January work to shore up the defence as they battle the relegation zone in Serie A.

Sky Sport Italia reports that the Viola are ready to approach Chelsea to enquire about Axel Disasi’s availability.

The centre-back turns 28 in March and has been linked in recent weeks with Milan, Roma, Barcelona, Galatasaray, West Ham and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Disasi has not made a competitive appearance for Chelsea’s senior side this season after returning from a loan at Aston Villa.

Fiorentina have already added Jack Harrison, Manor Solomon, Marco Brescianini and Giovanni Fabbian during this window.

Further clarity is expected after talks on Wednesday, when Chelsea directors are in Italy for their Champions League clash with Napoli, the report said.
